This presentation will explain where we are with tackling climate change, the impact of technology and what we can do as mediators.
Damian is a UK and international arbitration and mediation practitioner. He will accept appointments in any industry sector but he has particular expertise in technology sector disputes. Broad international experience with a focus on China, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. He also welcomes community mediation appointments.
Sitting as a mediator since 2008 and arbitrator since 2019. Professional Indemnity insurance of £1,000,000.
Started in the technology sector 30 years ago as a Contracts Officer at Thorn EMI Electronics. Managed the contractual aspects of UK and International (particularly China and Middle East) multi-million dollar electronics and IT contracts. Since then, worked in a variety of technology companies in increasingly senior roles. Founder and CEO of two tech companies.
