Emotional Intelligence in Mediation

Through emotional intelligence, mediators can understand the emotions and experiences of others, as well as their own. This self-awareness allows them to manage conflict effectively and resolve disputes.

Hannah is a certified mediator and advocate from Ukraine.

Since 2018 she has been mediating business conflicts, workplace conflicts, corporative conflicts, family conflicts, and school conflicts.
She works with parties of conflicts all over the world offline and online.

In September 2022 she was qualified as a mediator by Scottish Mediation.

Also, I am a trainer and expert on communication and emotional intelligence skills. I provide training on communication skills, non-violent communication, and emotional intelligence for children, students, adults, and for teams. My audiences are parents, local authorities, judges, state and private lawyers, advocates, representatives of the educational sphere and business, psychologists, teachers, students of schools and Universities, employees, and trade companies.

Hannah conducts her trainings in Ukrainian and English both in-person and via webinar.
