Eliana is a practicing IP attorney, NFT collector, real-estate investor, and retired fitness competitor. After being introduced to blockchain, Eliana became an avid collector of NFTs, where she witnessed the many issues involving IP. It was then that she decided to use her unique ability to translate complex IP issues into actionable solutions for IP creators and collectors. Eliana practices law for the federal government. In addition, she serves as special counsel with Web3 Attorneys, where the mission is to empower innovation though blockchain, NFTs, DAOs and tokenization. She is also committed to educating the Spanish speaking community about NFTs and Web 3.0. Eliana also serves as a leader at the American Bar Association, as chair of Latinas in Tech DC chapter and she is a Discord moderator.
