25 years of legal and mediation experience, international speaking and training, business consulting, accounting, and fractional in-house counsel. Expertise includes alternative dispute resolution, contract law, family law, DUI law, curriculum development, face reading and nonverbal communication, Lean Six Sigma, business startups, arbitration, and negotiation.

A Listed Mediator in multiple states and countries. An approved trainer in Civil/General and Family Mediation. Also Specially Trained in Domestic Violence Issues, Online Dispute Resolution, Juvenile Court and Elder Mediation. I have had the privilege of training mediators all over the world for more than a decade. I have developed curricula and taught at universities and law schools in Poland, Germany, Australia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, UAE, India and the United States. As a frequent finalist Judge for the International Chamber of Commerce's annual mediation competition, I have been voted the favorite judge by hundreds of students and colleagues. As a FINRA Arbitrator for the last several years, I have experience in evaluating and assessing complex legal matters.

I frequently speak about mediation, negotiation, law, ethics, organizational leadership, conflict resolution and DUI through seminars, adjunct teaching, approved CLE/CME/CPE courses, television appearances, radio appearances, podcasts and international keynote speaking engagements. As an NHTSA DUI Trainer that works with public defenders and private attorneys, I am a subject matter expert on the NHTSA DUI manual.

I own training and development companies that provide premium courses for leading professionals in a variety of industries. Industries include legal, mediation, accounting, business, and public speaking. Have authored and contributed to numerous books, articles and publications.

I founded a global nonprofit focused on training and credentialing mediators. Additionally, I founded the second alternative dispute resolution Inn of Court in the United States.
