Jeff Kichaven, Esq., Chambers Ranked Mediator
Jeff Kichaven is one of the country’s premier mediators of insurance coverage and bad faith cases. He has been “Ranked in Chambers” on the national list of top mediators for the past five years, and “Who’s Who Legal” lists him as a “Global Elite Thought Leader” in mediation, one of only six in the United States and 28 in the world. He is Contributing Author of Chapter 25, “Considering Alternative Dispute Resolution,” in the New Appleman Insurance Practice Guide. He is a Phi Beta Kappa Graduate of the University of California, Berkeley (Economics, 1977) and an Honors Graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D. Cum Laude, 1980). He has been a full-time mediator in private practice since 1996. Natalie J. Armstrong-Motin, Founder of Marketing Resolution
Mrs. Armstrong-Motin is the author of “The Essential Guide to Marketing Your ADR Practice”. She is frequently invited to speak around the globe on the successful marketing strategies of the resolution and legal industry. As a consultant to many of the premier providers in the ADR industry, Mrs. Armstrong-Motin and her company, Marketing Resolution, have designed and developed hundreds of business development plans and marketing strategies for private practices, firms, educational institutions, authors, organizations, and associations around the world.
