How important are personal relationships, and how important are the objective strengths and weaknesses of your position?
When is an ultimatum a good idea?
How do you know it’s time to walk away?
What is the best approach for outside counsel to take when trying to establish a business relationship with in-house counsel?
Once established, what are some best practices for maintaining that relationship?
