Our special guest this week, Taeler Paige Hammond, will Present on:
The Psychology of Conflict:
Why We Fight and How to Fix It
In today’s workplace, conflict isn’t just a clash of opinions—it’s a signal, and the ability to decode that signal is critical. This session explores the psychology behind conflict and equips professionals with tools to resolve tension without losing sight of policy, people, or purpose. We’ll dig beneath surface behaviors to uncover root causes like fear, bias, and unmet needs—and learn how to respond using an inner conflict compass rooted in emotional intelligence and integrity. Walk away with strategies to humanize policies, prevent escalation, and foster resolution that builds trust—not just compliance.
