Our Special Guest this week, Dr. Rachel Colangelo, will present on:

The Post-Pandemic Jury

“COVID-19 has changed jury trials forever – and in some unexpected ways.  How will juries behave in 2022 and beyond?  What does justice mean to jurors whose lives are so radically different than they were just three years ago?  Do our previous profiles of the classic pro-plaintiff and pro-defense juror still hold?  How will a new generation of younger jurors impact trial strategies?  Do jurors react differently now to issues of race, gender and other demographic characteristics?

“In short -- What do lawyers need to do differently now to win?  And what do mediators need to know about these new realities to help guide lawyers and their clients to settlement?

“These are the questions Rachel York Colangelo, Ph.D., National Managing Director of Jury Consulting for Magna Legal Services, will answer in this unprecedented, cutting-edge presentation.”
