Mark Goulston, M.D., is a business psychiatrist and coach who focuses on freeing people's minds by having them open up about thoughts that eat away at them that they have rarely told anyone. That frees them to having realizations and breakthroughs that they have never been able to have. He is the author or co-author of nine books, translated into 42 languages, with his book, "Just Listen," becoming the top book on listening in the world and his book, "Talking to Crazy: How to Deal with Irrational and Impossible People," going viral in Russian. He is a former UCLA professor of psychiatry, FBI/police hostage negotiation trainer and hosts the highly ranked podcast, "My Wakeup Call." One of his singular missions is improving teen mental health and preventing teen suicide and he is the Executive Producer of the documentary, "What I Wish My Parents Knew." He recently received the "Shine the Light Media Award" for his focus on mental health from the Los Angeles County Medical Association
