The Anatomy of an ADA Accessibility Lawsuit

Brief Description of Presentation

Helping mediators assess the claims and defenses made by opposing parties in an accessibility lawsuit brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Ara Sahelian has been practicing law since 1993. The thrust of his practice is primarily civil litigation. He practices in both state and federal courts. Currently, three-quarters of his practice consists of defending small business owners in ADA lawsuits. He has defended more than 200 ADA lawsuits. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Sahelian was an aerospace engineer. He is degreed in engineering, and attended law school at night while working as an engineer.
