Our presenter:

Craig Nierman mediates commercial, insurance, tort, and healthcare cases.


An “AV” rated, 25-year litigation veteran, Craig has represented plaintiffs and defendants in jury and bench trials, appeals, and arbitrations.


Before law school, Craig managed litigation and claims for an international insurer. More recently, he has taught Insurance Law at the University of Iowa College of Law. He has completed post-graduate negotiation training at Harvard Law School and has published on the psychological aspects of mediation.
