Zina Saeed is a Managing Principal with Lemme, a Division of EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants, based in the Chicago area. She currently serves as the Accounting Firm Practice Leader for the Lemme Division.
Zina joined the Lemme Division in October 2021. For over 20 years, Zina has held various positions in Claims Management, Broking and Underwriting both in London and in the US and is recognized for her deep expertise in the US Professional Liability arena, particularly for top 100 Accounting Firms.
Zina began her insurance career at Lloyd’s of London where she honed her skills in Claims Management at Chubb and Hiscox. Her journey through the insurance industry has seen her excel in various roles including establishing and leading the US Professional Liability team for the WR Berkley Syndicate in London and leading the Accounting Firm Practice at Tysers. In her current role, Zina leverages her broad industry experience, legal background and strong market relationships to provide tailored risk transfer and risk management solutions to top 100 Accounting Firms. Her ability to navigate complex risk environments and her dedication to client service has made her a trusted advisor in the industry.
Zina holds an honors degree in Law from the University of London and completed her post-graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, London. She chaired the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) London and International Chapter for 5 years where she played a pivotal role in advancing professional development and networking opportunities within the industry. She also sat on the London Market Association Professional Liability Committee for 6 years. She is an active presenter including as panelist for the Professional Liability Defense Forum, discussing emerging trends in Accountants Professional Liability. Zina currently serves on the board of Big Education, a multi academy trust and charity working to transform the education system to ensure young people receive a balanced education of academics, character, wellbeing and creativity.
