Mediators can assist attorneys in getting unrealistic, unreasonable, or emotionally embroiled clients to see the true economic worth of their legal positions. In many cases a neutral third party who is both empathetic and objective can break the logjam and prevent a client from starting or prolonging unnecessary litigation.

Jennifer Keller has tried over 150 cases to verdict, including intellectual property (copyright, trade secrets, trade dress), bad faith, breach of contract, white collar criminal, ADA/FHA, education law, fraud and misrepresentation, and almost anything you can imagine that would end up before a jury. She represents both publicly and privately held companies, as well as high net worth individuals and celebrities. Her plaintiff verdicts and settlements total over $1 billion, and she has successfully defended bet-the-company cases. In 2022 she secured a defense verdict for Kevin Spacey on a case in the SDNY alleging he molested the actor Anthony Rapp. Jennifer is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, was elected to the California Lawyers Association Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame, is a "Lawdragon Legend," won three CLAY Awards in three different years in completely different fields, has been named 15 times to the Daily Journal's list of the Top 100 Lawyers in California, and is ranked Band 1 in Chambers USA and Chambers Global for trials of all types nationwide.
