Mediation in (Special) Education

Over the course of a student's young academic life, particularly in Special Education, there may be disagreements between the family and the district in the direction of the child's education. While the conflict can take many forms, the intervention of a mediator can have positive effects in the short and long term for that relationship. Jason Harper, Mediator and ADR consultant in the field of education, will talk about the forms of mediator intervention within educational disputes.
