Amelie Huber-Starlinger is an Austria based negotiation coach and mediator registered with the list of mediators of the Austrian Ministry of Justice and accredited with SIMI (Singapore) and CEDR (England). Her focus of interest is the resolution of commercial disputes and in particular those relating to banking and finance, healthcare and pharmaceutical services, m& a transactions, corporate disputes and investment protection agreements. In addition to her work as mediator and negotiation coach, she worked as an Austrian qualified lawyer for more than 10 years. At the end of 2020 she finally decided to focus on mediation and negotiations exclusively and set up her own firm tailored (tailored.solutions).

Geoff is a mediator with a focus on the resolution of cross border commercial disputes in Asia and Europe with Chambers and Partners describing him in 2020 as “truly an international mediator” and "tenacious in his pursuit of a settlement..." Geoff is conducting his cross border mediations online during the COVID restrictions and is otherwise based at Maxwell Mediators, Singapore and Brick Court Chambers, London and Clifton Chambers, Wellington. He is ranked in Chambers UK in 2021 and is described by Who’s Who Legal as a “mediation megastar”. Geoff has recent experience in mediating insurance, financial sector class actions, country to country commercial disputes, Asian and Middle Eastern oil & gas, aviation, energy infrastructure and construction disputes. In 2019/20 Geoff conducted mediations in Singapore, Korea, UK, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand and prior to the COVID travel restrictions, further mediations in Singapore. During the pandemic travel restrictions Geoff is available to mediate cross border matters online and has successfully resolved a number of large disputes entirely online, including an $83m dispute involving multiple counsel and parties.

Earlier this year Geoff was appointed to the International Advisory Board of the Office of the Ombudsman for United Nations Funds and Programmes headquartered in New York where he joins a small group of senior mediators having oversight of the UN’s Global Mediation Panel. In November 2019 Geoff was announced by Bali International Arbitration and Mediation Centre as one of Asia Pacific’s top 10 mediators and he is APAC Insider’s 2019 'Best Commercial Mediator in the Asia-Pacific' and Lawyer International Legal 100's ‘Best Commercial Mediator 2019 in the Asia Pacific’.

He is admitted to the Bar in New Zealand and Australia (all NZ Courts, Supreme Court of Victoria, High Court of Australia and the Australian Federal Court).

Jody Sin is an accredited mediator under the Hong Kong Law Society General Panel, and an Adjunct Lecturer with the University of Hong Kong, School for Professional and Continuing Education ("HKU SPACE").
